Our Sales and Marketing team works closely with prospective residents and their families from the moment they first start exploring The Arbor Company, taking the time to get to know them and understand their needs. The relationship strengthens as the team coordinates the move-in process and assists the resident and family with the transition.

Whether you are looking for leadership or team member roles for sales and move-in coordination, working at one of our communities lets you make someone’s day… every day. Our team manages the entire sales lifecycle, including:

  • Working with prospective residents from initial contact through transition

  • Building positive and trusting relationships with prospective residents

  • Assisting residents and their families with the necessary paperwork

  • Coordinating and scheduling initial assessments and move-in needs

  • Supporting the resident and family with the transition process

Of course! If you have worked in sales in another industry, you may fit in at The Arbor Company. We also have positions where no prior experience is required.
