Leadership Development
We help team members develop leadership skills to advance their careers. From our Foundations New Leader Training program to Arbor Leads, a 6-week leader development program, team members use Franklin Covey principles and materials to learn, share, and practice some of the most essential leadership skills. Leadership team members also have access to the full Franklin Covey database.
Reaching Your Professional Goals
Arbor Grows is an innovative senior living apprenticeship program funded by a Department of Labor grant. In our program, specially trained Resident Care mentors work with care team members to help them build technical and soft skills. Arbor Grows delivers opportunities for more responsibility and higher wages, incentives, certifications, and more — for both mentors and frontline team members.
Tuition Reimbursement
If you are ready to further your education, enhance your skills, or maintain certifications, we provide support with tuition reimbursement. Active full-time team members who complete courses in an accredited degree program or job-related certification program can be reimbursed for up to $3,000 per year, and active part-time team members can receive up to $2,000.
Assistance for Student Loan Repayment
Student loan repayment assistance is another program that is available to both full-time and part-time team members who have completed a credential at an accredited college, university, or technical school. Full-time team members and part-time team members are eligible for up to $100 per month.
Referral Program
Once you join the Arbor family, you are eligible to receive referral bonuses. If you recommend a department head candidate who is hired and remains in their position for 90 days, you will receive a $1,000 bonus — and the bonus is $3,000 for referring executive directors, resident care directors, memory care directors, and sales directors.

Yes! All team members have access to our professional and leadership development programs. Even our tuition reimbursement and student loan repayment assistance programs are available for part-time team members.
Do you offer flexible scheduling if I’m attending school?
We certainly do! We recognize the importance of an education and make sure your work schedule accommodates classes.
