We want to provide the medical benefits that make sense for you, your family, your lifestyle, and your wallet. Full-time salaried and hourly team members are eligible to select from all available medical, dental, and vision plans, while part-time employees are eligible to elect dental and vision coverage as well as a Minimum Essential Coverage medical plan.
Optional Benefits
You can also select from benefits that help you save money for medical and/or childcare expenses. We offer two types of flexible spending accounts (FSAs) — a healthcare FSA and a Dependent Care FSA. In addition, if you elect a high-deductible health plan, you may choose to set up a health savings account.
