Rewards Program
Enriching the lives of the residents in our community is its own reward, but sometimes it’s nice to get that extra thank you. With our rewards program, team members earn points for attendance, when they reach key goals, or at their supervisor’s discretion. These points can be redeemed for gift cards from a variety of merchants.
Recognition Program
We recognize team members who exemplify The Arbor Way; the leadership team honors these Arbor Stars and encourages them to continue performing at their best. Team members can also nominate coworkers who treat others as we would want to be treated, do what they say they’re going to do, and care about the Arbor family — and back it up with action.

Every team member should feel valued, so we’ve made commitments to ourselves and each other in these areas, and we back them up with action. We are intentionally increasing the racial diversity of community and corporate leaders, reflecting on our progress, and publishing those progress reports for all to see.

What is The Arbor Way?
At The Arbor Company, we listen, we respond, and we care. We treat others as we would want to be treated, we do what we say we’re going to do, and we genuinely care about the Arbor family and back it up with action. The Arbor Way includes eight standards or driving principles:

Does The Arbor Company promote fairness and equality among employees?
Absolutely. We are committed to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. We don’t just say the words, we back them up with action. We have made five specific commitments to ourselves and to others in this area. For example, we provide universal training for essential anti-racist skills and optional learning around race, racial identity, and racism, among other aspects of diversity training.
