External Business Director

Arbor Terrace Hamilton Mill is an Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care community in Dacula, GA . This wonderful community is nestled in a quaint borough in northern Bergen County.
The External Business Director builds relationships—with the adult children of prospective residents, with seniors themselves, and with professional referral sources. As a sales leader, he or she is responsible for all phases of the sales and marketing process to ensure that the community achieves and maintains its budgeted occupancy and revenue growth. The successful Sales Director is a compassionate listener who builds deep connections and follows a disciplined sales process to gain a family’s commitment. Leads are generated through excellent market planning and focuses exclusively on external business development


Qualifications
- A minimum of two years of sales and marketing experience in the senior care industry is preferred
- Proven track record of event planning, referral source development, and successful sales process
- Engaging verbal and written communication style
- Proficient computer skills, experience with CRM systems
Schedule:
