Are you a food-loving superhero ready to conquer the hearts and taste buds of our residents? As the Dining Director, you'll be the maestro behind our culinary symphony, ensuring top-notch meals and a dining experience that'll make everyone's taste buds do a happy dance. Your mission? Manage budgets, uphold safety standards, whip up a mouthwatering menu, and lead our dining squad to victory. If you've got a flair for food and a heart for seniors, we want YOU!
Success in this role is measured by:
- Meeting or exceeding budgeted financial results through effective expense management, preparation of food, and supply monitoring
- High degree of resident, family and employee satisfaction
- Excellent outcomes in resident dining, department safety and state regulatory surveys
- Excellent staff retention


Preferred Background:
- Dining Leadership: 2 years
- Senior Living: 1 year
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in food service management
- Ability to train staff on operations within the department
- Working knowledge of budgeting, expense control, inventory and par levels
- Experience working with seniors preferred
Restaurant Type:

- Weekends as needed
