What qualifications do I need to be a senior living caregiver?
Caregivers at The Arbor Company have a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, PCT, or DSP. A certification or license is not required, but Memory Care experience is a plus!
I’ve never worked in senior living before. Can I still apply?
Of course! If you have worked in other health care fields as a caregiver, you may fit in at one of The Arbor Company communities.
